Powers Squared – A Twin Superhero Drama

Marty and Eli Powers are college-aged identical twins who discover, on their first day at San Romero Community College, that they were granted superpowers when they were younger by a magical yokai, a kitsune named Mocha. While they each have their own unique power, Marty superspeed and Eli telekinesis, as some sort of cosmic joke, both share a small pool of other powers. However, each of them can only use one shared power at a time and only for a few minutes.

THE ADVENTURE BEGINS

The Story

Going away to college is an opportunity to reinvent yourself and that’s what Marty and Eli Powers were hoping to do when they moved in with their Uncle Brian and enrolled at San Romero Community College. High School had been hard on them. As identical twins, they were always different and never quite fit in.

Things seem to be going better for them now. They’ve made new friends, Kirby, Steve and Don, and have even garnered the interest of Jennifer Perry, considered one of the prettiest girls on campus.

But things go awry when they discover they were granted actual powers by a magical kitsune that they helped when they were young. Now, they find themselves the target of Dr. Horatio Atlas, a mad government scientist who wants to harvest something in their blood he calls the Viribus compound to make an army of super soldiers. The only person who can help them is Mocha, the human form of the kitsune who granted them their powers.
